Social Time

The Social Time Program is an exciting and dynamic space where kids with special learning needs can build lasting friendships and grow in a supportive, fun environment. Designed by compassionate pediatric therapists, this program places a strong emphasis on fostering teamwork, communication, and emotional connections. Through engaging cooperative sports and interactive activities, children have the opportunity to work together, share experiences, and support one another, all while strengthening their social skills. Friendships are at the heart of Social Time—it’s where kids learn how to connect, communicate, and collaborate in a way that boosts their confidence and sense of belonging. By practicing essential social skills in real-time, children gain confidence in their ability to navigate social interactions and build meaningful relationships. The program also prioritizes health and fitness, ensuring that physical activity is woven into each session to help kids improve coordination, strength, and overall well-being. Social Time is more than just fun; it’s an opportunity for children to develop vital life skills that will serve them for years to come, all while having a blast and feeling empowered!

Social Time Fun & Fitness

  • Extracurricular activities created and led by pediatric therapists who selflessly volunteer their time on Saturdays.
  • Tailored programs are designed to be inclusive for kids with different learning abilities and special needs.
  • Thanks to our partnership with the Stratford Richardson YMCA we have a place to run our programs on Saturdays!

  • Social Time is one of the many ways we "walk the walk" in supporting our clients #BeyondTherapy.
  • Social Time provides opportunities for kids to form lasting friendships and gain a sense of belonging- and this is more than enough reason for us to show up for our kids!
